Processing Time
All items are printed to order. Production begins after artwork approval and payment is received.
Typical production time is 7–14 business days, depending on order size, garment availability, and current production volume. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.
Production time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on order requirements.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Gnarnia Printworks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue arises, we’ll do our best to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
