Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom apparel, patches, or printed goods unless there is a printing error or defect.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.


Custom & Printed Items (Non-Returnable)

All standard garment orders, custom prints, patches, and back patches are made specifically for your order once production begins. For this reason:

  • Custom and printed items are final sale
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Incorrect sizes selected at checkout
    • Garment color or style choices
    • Customer-provided artwork issues
    • Normal variations inherent to screen printing

Once a digital proof is approved, the order is considered confirmed for production.


Damages, Defects & Order Errors

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives with:

  • A printing defect
  • Damage caused during shipping
  • The wrong item or quantity

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at gnarniaprintworks@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem

If the issue is verified, we’ll work with you to reprint or replace the affected items.


Proof Approval Responsibility

Before printing, we provide a digital proof showing:

  • Artwork placement
  • Print size
  • Garment selection

Approval of the proof confirms that all details are correct.
We are not responsible for errors approved in the proof stage.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom printed apparel or patches
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards


Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a verified issue:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary


European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, EU consumer protection laws apply only to non-custom, unprinted items.

Custom printed products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period, as they are made to order.
